RoutineOS
Speed without drift.
“Everyone can do everything” is how a product stops being the product: QA found it, so QA fixes it. RoutineOS is our answer, built for our own team first, with the project’s own knowledge behind every piece of feedback.
Before
- Feedback from a client or from QA went to a lead, then a developer, then back through review — days for a fifteen-minute fix.
- When a tester or a client was told to “just fix it,” the fix got made their way, with their idea attached. The product drifted.
- The reasons behind decisions lived in chat threads and in people’s heads; every handoff re-explained them, every departure deleted them.
The Brain
The project itself: its standards, its architecture, the product’s intent, the decisions that were made and why, every prior piece of feedback and what was done about it. Owners, clients, developers and QA all work from it.
The Loop
Client feedback, manual QA from the team, automated test runs, browser walkthroughs, monitoring — one intake, into the project.
The Triage
- What runs itself
- An unambiguous defect against a known standard: the agent makes the fix to that standard, runs the tests, and ships it. Logged, reviewable, reversible.
- What reaches a person
- A suggestion, a change of direction, anything the standard doesn’t already answer: routed to the developers and product designers who own the standard, with the context already assembled.
Where it stands
Our own team runs on it. It is the proof, for software companies, that AI speed without the Brain is drift — and with it, isn’t.
